Who Pays for Education?

Why are tax payers deceived into believing that when the government spends money it's coming from some magic bank that is NOT funded by taxes? Government is not a business well not in theory anyway - it shouldn't be but now there are exceptions with banks and auto manufactures that our government has nationalized.

I like the way that sounds, "Our Government", don't you? Our founding fathers contracted our government upon ideologies and philosophy succinctly lettered in our Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution. These two documents alone inform us of our rights and allegiance to a country that has been from its inception a democratic government of, for and by the people of these United States of America. We are the only nation on earth that articulates freedom expressing it by sparing no cost.

We as a nation are the best game on earth. We can't loose. So why are so many Americans at odds with the very fabric that knits us together arguing in partisan fashion over details that really make little difference in the lives of all of us although the intention by some politicians are to profit the few at the expense of all. None the less, we are Americans at the beginning and the end of the day least we forget our children or the children of those that are placed in harms way to protect the integrity of America and its freedoms guaranteed by our Bill of Rights.

So when the government spends our money it should say so and not have to come to the American people after the money is spent telling us what, who or when we bailed someone out. Before we think about another insurance or bank bailout or auto manufacture free loan, I would like our government to cleanup the schools that our children are in by improving them to the point that every child in America has more than just a right to an excellent education but that there are excellent schools with excellent administrators providing a sterling education. Proper facilities run by proper management would allow average teachers to teach at an above average level of education.

Meg Whitman is running for governor of California speaking to education she wants to clean up the schools first by ranking them A F and let parents decide what type of school best suits your child. This makes most sense funding those schools that are A caliber and letting the D and F ranked schools close by attrition. Why are we paying for schools that are failing kids and only adding to the poverty levels of America? I say just say NO! That's the shortest and best answer I can recommend to preserve our money by preventing government from giving it away. If a school is failing they should close they shouldn't be allowed to pollute more kids.

Clifford, from my little mind on: "So why are so many Americans at odds with the very fabric that knits us together arguing in partisan fashion over details that really make little difference in the lives of all of us although the intention by some politicians are to profit the few at the expense of all." One thing that is lost is that our forefathers wrote our Constitutional Laws under the Bible and the Ten Commandments (this is why they wrote laws that they themselves could not adhere to). They needed a righteous Superior that they themselves could look up to. Someone higher than them. Our Freedoms were written under God, Speech, Assembly, Religion, Press. With the Bible that means we should do nothing to hurt our brother. Speek in love (not false witness), Assemble in love, Write in love, and serve any god you wish as long as it is Judao (Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior). They captured, "when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Anyone coming here to stay suppose to be aclimated to our ways. Not bring their own and deny ours. I go out now I see people with long dresses and masks on, you can only see their eyes. My son thought they were crooks. Men marching to marry men (this is child abuse, they go to schools and re-inact what they see the selfish do. Look at us? Speaking ill of each other, lie on each other, bearing false witness, stealing (greed)...etc. Education, is the key. But, we have to ask, whos? Very good article.
